Mango Margarita

I love a great margarita. Served on the rocks with a big bowl of chips and salsa. The best are done simply; tequila, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice over ice. Perfection.

During the summer I’ll dress up the original a bit with other fresh fruit juices. Peach. Orange. Strawberry.

This mango margarita is the perfect cocktail to pair with a Latin-themed menu; the added mango provides sweet relief from extra-spicy dishes. It’s also an easy cocktail to serve for a crowd; mix up a large pitcher – or pitchers – and let guests serve themselves throughout the evening. Stress-free and delicious.
