Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- olive oil, for the grill
- 1 cup whipped cream
- optional: sliced or finely chopped almonds or nuts of your choice
Instructions
- Heat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves lightly with olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until grill marks appear and the peaches are warmed through.
- Serve warm with fresh whipped cream and a sprinkling of almonds.
