Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • olive oil, for the grill
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • optional: sliced or finely chopped almonds or nuts of your choice


Instructions

  1. Heat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves lightly with olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until grill marks appear and the peaches are warmed through.
  4. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream and a sprinkling of almonds.
