While this recipe would be lovely served at a holiday cocktail party, this frosty eggnog cocktail is really more boozy dessert than drink, best presented in a pretty glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon alongside a holiday cookie (or two!).
Boozy Eggnog Cocktail
2 cups store-bought eggnog
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup brandy
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish each with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve immediately.
