Sunday Swoon Citrus | Fork Knife Swoon @forkknifeswoon

This week, my winter soup addiction continued with this tomato, white bean and kale soup. I made a version of this pasta (with kalamata olives) and these brownies (with coconut oil), and recipe tested several batches of chocolate chip cookies for Valentine’s Day. Obviously, it was a tough week. There’s a bevy of brown butter and dark chocolate in your near future.

I’ve been listening to a ton of Nerdist podcasts lately while shooting or editing photos. Particularly loved the interviews/conversations with Eric Stonestreet (Modern Family), Wendi McLendon-Covey (The Goldbergs, Reno 911), Wayne Knight (Seinfeld) and Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, The Imitation Game), and that was just this week. There are something like 500+ episodes and counting.
